关掉某条插件建议：写 tool_suggest.disabled_tools，不是卸载
[tool_suggest] 只管「要不要建议安装」。id 用 name@marketplace 或 connector_ 前缀。已经装上的插件不会被这条关掉。
会话里老弹出「要不要装 Slack / Calendar」时，先关建议，不要先 plugin remove。官方键是 [tool_suggest]，条目必须带 type 和 id：

type 只能是 plugin 或 connector。插件 id 用 name@marketplace；连接器 id 常见带 connector_ 前缀。这不会停掉已经安装、已经启用的工具，只拦发现/建议安装。

本机 features list 里没有 tool_suggest 就不要抄。它也不是 composer 里 $skill 自动完成的总开关。改完新开会话。不要把 features.plugins = false 当「少几点建议」——那是企业关整个插件面。远程目录仍在刷候选时，用 features.remote_plugin = false，不要和这条抄混。
