关掉远程插件目录：写 remote_plugin = false，不是 plugins = false
官方键是 remote_plugin（单数），稳定且默认开。只关远程目录，不卸本地和项目插件。不要写成已经作废的 remote_plugins。
远程精选插件老往会话里塞、composer 一直冒远程候选时，先关远程目录，不要先 features.plugins = false。

键名是 remote_plugin，不是 remote_plugins。官方参考标稳定、默认开。关了之后远程目录不再发现 / 安装 / 更新；本机和项目 marketplace 里已经装上的插件还在。改完必须新开会话。
这比 [tool_suggest].disabled_tools 粗：后者只拦「要不要建议安装」某条；remote_plugin = false 关的是整份远程目录。只想安静某条 Slack / Calendar 建议，用 disabled_tools。
企业机要强制关掉，把同一键写进 requirements.toml，不要只写用户 config。features.plugin_sharing 是另一条：只在云托管 requirements 里关「把本机打的插件分享到工作区」，不是关远程目录。
给 openai-curated-remote 写 [plugins."name@openai-curated-remote"] enabled = false 目前经常拦不住注入（openai/codex#28443）。要停远程精选注入，用 remote_plugin = false，或企业层 features.plugins = false。
本机 features list 里没有 remote_plugin 就不要抄。官方没有「只关远程建议、本地发现完全不受影响」的细开关。
