IDE 的 chatgpt.* 不要写进 config.toml
队列还是转向、审查内联还是另开聊天、要不要走 WSL，都在编辑器设置里。agent 模型/沙箱/MCP 才进 ~/.codex。
在 VS Code 里搜 @ext:openai.chatgpt。这些键属于扩展，不属于 config.toml：

桌面应用和 IDE 对着同一项目时会共享活动聊天和编辑器上下文。合成器里的 IDE context 可关，避免把当前打开的文件塞进桌面提示。
chatgpt.cliExecutable 只给开发 CLI 用，乱改会让扩展的一部分失灵。字体用 VS Code 自带的 chat.fontSize / chat.editor.fontSize。
