安装 .NET 技能插件
添加 dotnet/skills 插件源后，在 /plugins 中选择安装。更新源使用清单名 dotnet-agent-skills。
.NET 团队文档包含 Codex 配置说明，写在 dotnet/skills 仓库 README。这是插件 marketplace，不是手拷 SKILL.md。要求 Codex CLI 0.121.0 以上。官方 Codex 主路径：
codex plugin marketplace add dotnet/skills
然后 TUI /plugins 或桌面 Plugins 打开 .NET Agent Skills 这一栏，再装你要的插件。升级用清单名，不是仓库路径：
codex plugin marketplace upgrade dotnet-agent-skills
dotnet/skills 清单名是 dotnet-agent-skills，官方没给 plugin add id。不要把 Copilot / Claude 的 /plugin marketplace add dotnet/skills 或 /plugin install dotnet@dotnet-agent-skills 抄进 Codex。Codex 加源是 codex plugin marketplace add，装插件走 /plugins，不要发明 codex plugin add dotnet@dotnet-agent-skills。
0.154 起先看当前会话；当前会话 /plugins 没有再新开。桌面改 marketplace.json 仍要重启应用。IDE 扩展没有 /plugins。CLI 装好的插件，Codex 桌面也能用。
清单 .agents/plugins/marketplace.json 的 name 是 dotnet-agent-skills，展示名是 .NET Agent Skills。插件都是仓内本地路径，例如：
dotnet：C# 语言服务（LSP）和日常 .NET 技能dotnet-msbuild/dotnet-nuget/dotnet-upgrade：构建、包、升级dotnet-aspnetcore/dotnet-blazor/dotnet-maui：Web 和跨平台dotnet-test/dotnet-test-migration：测试和框架迁移dotnet11：.NET 11 新 API
microsoft/azure-skills 是独立的插件源。那份清单名是 azure-skills，主插件是 azure，带 Azure MCP。这份是 .NET / C# 技能。
README 另给一条单技能回退：skill-installer install https://github.com/dotnet/skills/tree/main/plugins/dotnet/skills/…。那是 skill-installer，不是 Codex /plugins，也不会登记 marketplace。不要用 npx skills add 当 Codex 插件安装器。不要手拷到 ~/.codex/skills；现行个人目录是 ~/.agents/skills。
不要抄 /plugin update …@dotnet-agent-skills；Codex 升级 marketplace 是上面那条 upgrade。
网页 Cloud 不读取本机 marketplace。配置后用 codex plugin marketplace list 核对清单名是 dotnet-agent-skills。
