Computer Use 先装插件，Windows 白名单写 config.toml

桌面应用切到 Work 或 Codex → Plugins > Computer Use → 打开 server 和 skill。macOS 还要给 Screen Recording 和 Accessibility。

提示里点名界面：

有专用 MCP / 插件就别用 Computer Use 去扒数据。Windows 会占当前桌面的鼠标键盘；要边走开边跑，用手机 remote-control，或把桌面应用丢进虚拟机。

Windows 免询问名单写在 config.toml，不是旧的 computer-use/config.toml：

用 Computer Use 报给你的可执行文件名或 AppUserModelID。Always allow 只给信任的应用。企业可用 [features].computer_use = false 关掉。它不能操作终端或 ChatGPT 自己，也不能点系统的管理员/隐私授权框。

Windows 上 list_windows 返回空、EnumWindows 报 0x80070003 时，先查 windows.sandbox_private_desktop。默认专用桌面里没有你正在用的窗口。改 false 后要退出全部 Codex / ChatGPT 进程再开，不要把 sandbox 改成 unelevated 来修窗口。
