# 安装 PostHog 插件

这是 [PostHog/ai-plugin](https://github.com/PostHog/ai-plugin) 的 Codex 专节，不是已经收录的远程 MCP 专节。插件把托管 MCP 和 30+ 技能组合在一起。官方 README 只写了 `marketplace add`，然后 TUI `/plugins` 选 PostHog。清单 `.agents/plugins/marketplace.json` 的 name 是 posthog，`plugin.json` 的 name 也是 posthog，所以 CLI 按清单是 `posthog@posthog`。

IDE 扩展没有 `/plugins`。

装上策略是 `ON_INSTALL`，应弹出 PostHog OAuth。没弹再：

插件 `.mcp.json` 表名是小写 `posthog`，URL 仍是 `https://mcp.posthog.com/mcp`，还带静态头 `x-posthog-mcp-consumer: plugin`。不要把该请求头手抄进用户层当主路径。已经手写过 `mcp add posthog` 时，不要再叠一张插件表指同一 URL。只要 MCP、不要技能包时，继续走已收录的 `mcp add posthog --url https://mcp.posthog.com/mcp`。

自托管才 `export POSTHOG_MCP_URL=https://mcp.YOUR_POSTHOG_HOST/mcp`。不要把 `phc_` 或 PAT 写进 `http_headers`。日常用 OAuth，CI 才 `bearer_token_env_var`。不要叠 OAuth 和 bearer。

桌面先在终端跑完 `marketplace add` 和 `plugin add`，**彻底重启** Codex 应用。0.154 起先看**当前会话**的 `/plugins`，应能看到 `posthog@posthog`。没有再新开。Claude 节的 `POSTHOG_LLMA_CC_ENABLED` 是 Claude Code 会话上报，不是 Codex 安装器。清单挂了 hooks 文件，当前是空对象；存在钩子时在 `/hooks` 单独审查并信任，不要一上来信任全部。

技能随插件走，含官方 `skills-store`。不要用 `npx skills add` 当 Codex 插件安装器。部分 MCP 工具会走 PostHog AI 用量，组织还要打开 AI data processing。写开关、改工单要人确认。保持工具调用审批。

网页 Cloud 不读 `~/.codex/config.toml`。改完新开会话。用 `codex plugin list` 核对 `posthog@posthog`；`codex mcp get posthog` 看 url 是 `https://mcp.posthog.com/mcp`。
