# Convex 完整插件用 get-convex/convex-codex-plugin，不要把 openai-curated 当完整版

完整版：codex plugin marketplace add get-convex/convex-codex-plugin，再 plugin add convex@convex-codex-plugin。openai-curated 只是轻量连接器。插件已带 MCP 时不要再 mcp add。不要抄 Claude 或 Cursor 的插件命令。

Convex 给 Codex 两条插件线，不要混成一份。

**完整现行构建（官方 GitHub 写「用这个」）：** 先加 marketplace，再装插件。id 是 `convex@convex-codex-plugin`。这会带上全部技能、`convex-expert` / `convex-reviewer` 子代理、官方 Convex MCP，以及运行时错误监视：

`codex plugin list` 里应看到 `convex@convex-codex-plugin`。之后用 `codex plugin marketplace upgrade`，再跑一次 `plugin add`。0.154 起先看**当前会话**；当前会话没有再新开。桌面改 marketplace.json 仍要重启应用。

**公共目录 `convex@openai-curated`：** `codex plugin add convex@openai-curated` 能装，但官方文档写明这是较轻的 ChatGPT 应用连接器，审核快照会落后仓库 HEAD。若装完没有技能或 MCP，先 `codex plugin remove convex@openai-curated`，再改走上面的 marketplace。不要以为 `/plugins` 搜 Convex 一定是完整版。

插件已经登记 MCP 时，不要再手写同一张用户层表。技能名包括 `quickstart`、`add`、`convex-expert`、`convex-reviewer`。项目根可跑 `npx convex ai-files install`，它会维护 `AGENTS.md` 里的 Convex 段，并把技能写进 `.agents/skills/`。

只有插件装不上时，才手写 stdio MCP（这是本地 `npx convex mcp start`，**不是**远程 URL）：

默认连开发部署。不要把 `--dangerously-enable-production-deployments` 写进默认 args。要收窄生产权限才加 `--disable-tools`。把访问限制在某一台部署时，用 `env_vars` 转发 `CONVEX_DEPLOY_KEY`，不要把 deploy key 写进 `args` 或 `env` 表。关掉插件匿名遥测：启动 Codex 的进程里设 `CONVEX_PLUGIN_TELEMETRY=0` 或 `DO_NOT_TRACK=1`。

网页 Cloud 不读 `~/.codex/config.toml`。Cloud 用 Plugins；setup 脚本常用 `npm i` 再 `npx convex dev --once`（非交互会起本地 backend，需要完整联网）。

不要做这些：

- 不要抄 Claude 或 Cursor 的 plugin install / `/add-plugin convex`。
- 不要用 `npx skills add` 当 Codex 插件安装器，也不要手拷到 `~/.codex/skills`。
- 不要发明 `https://mcp.convex.dev` 这种托管 MCP 再 `mcp add --url`。官方 MCP 是本地 stdio。
- 不要抄 `mcp-remote`。
- 不要给它 `required = true` 挂全局。不要一上来 `--yolo`。这台能跑函数、改环境变量。
- 不要把 `openai-curated` 和 marketplace 两份同时装成两套 Convex。
